Rachel is an Ann Arbor native with over 18 years of experience in the salon industry.

She is a DevaCurl Level Three Master Stylist, Ouidad Certified, and Rezo Certified. With a focus on curly hair, she understands first hand that embracing natural texture can be both a liberating and sometimes trying experience, she's here to help you on that journey.

Rachel began her training at the Douglas J. Aveda Institute of Ann Arbor in the spring of 2003 and has continued to build her skill set with advanced education receiving many speciality certificates while staying current with trends in the ever evolving world of hair.

She is proficient in men's styles and clipper cutting, color corrective services, fantasy color, balayage, keratin complex smoothing treatments, textured/curly hair, and special occasion and event styling.

Rachel is comfortable with all hair types and truly loves to help people look and feel their best. She is a firm believer in "look good, feel good." She proudly uses only Wella hair color.

Hello! My name is Grace! I’m an Ann Arbor native, a Navy veteran, and most importantly a proud mama to a 7-year-old boy. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, powerlifting, and making people laugh.

From the beginning, I’ve been especially passionate about naturally curly and textured hair because of the deep connection it allows me to build with my clients. I love helping people tap into a confidence within themselves.

Whether it’s funky mullets, Farrah Fawcett layers, or a crisp, clean fade, cutting hair is my favorite way to create art. Taking my clients’ ideas and bringing them to life truly fills me with joy.

I take pride in my chair being a safe space for inclusion, vulnerability, and genuine connection.
